The SKZOO plush itself is super cute and great quality, so no complaints about the actual product. However, the packaging was a letdown. It arrived all squished into a small box, and the photocard wasn’t protected at all — it came slightly bent. Even the password card that comes with it was bent too. Overall, happy with the item, but I wish they had packaged it with more care.

Shipping took a while but other than that everything arrived safely!! ⭐️
