All orders that include pre-order items will begin processing once the item is available 5-7 business days after the expected release date listed in the product description should there be no unexpected delays. Please note, orders containing one or more pre-orders are typically held until all items are released and available to ship together.

We typically receive pre-ordered items 5-7 business days after the expected release date listed in the product description. Once we receive the shipment, we will then begin processing pre-orders on a first order first serve basis. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation. 

*Please be advised that shipment processing times can be extended due to various factors (e.g. current global situation, multiple groups releasing new albums at the same time, heavy influxes of orders, shipment delays from Korea, etc.).
